…So this would be my first blog post ever. I guess these posts are usually where the blogger talks about themselves or their interests, (first date type stuff). Or if you’re someone who actually uses your blog for a purpose, (career, DIY, etc.), you can talk about that. (Congrats on having an actual purpose by the way!)
I don’t know how to introduce myself, but I do know that we all live in a world that aches for identity. People generally love this kind of stuff because everyone desperately wants to define themselves.
As for me, I stopped trying to define myself. I spent the majority of my teen years trying to, and failed every time. Or I was ashamed of what I found. So what happened?
I fell in love. Deeply, and passionately in love with Jesus Christ.
…And I let go of claiming what I was supposedly worth. I stopped letting people tell me my worth. I let it go, and now, He teaches me who I am and what I’m worth. So if there’s anything I could honestly tell you about myself…it’s that I am His.
This isn’t to say I do nothing with my life and just sit in a room, contemplating. I’m a college student. I’m studying pharmacy (I know, original!). I love art, music, singing, and reading. And above all, I love worshiping/talking about my Lord. These things don’t define me (except for the last), but they are all gifts He gave me in His grace and love♥.
